Statistical Analysis and Discussion on Production Safety Accidents in Chemical Enterprises from 2018 to 2022
Taking the production safety accidents in the chemical industry of central provinces in China from 2018 to 2022 as the research object,this paper analyzes the places,types,and links of production safety accidents in chemical enterprises.The study found that the number of accidents in March was the highest,the number of explosion accidents was the highest,the number of accidents in the trial production stage was relatively high,and the number of accidents in enclosed facilities and equipment was the highest,reaching 84.6％.Maintenance and repair are important factors leading to accidents,accounting for 42.5％of the total accidents.In response to the characteristics of accidents,relevant suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to provide a certain basis and reference for promoting the healthy development of the chemical industry.
