新开发了一种制备磷酸锰铁前驱体材料的方法.在反应釜中加入锰、铁溶液,升温至90 ℃,随后用蠕动泵滴加KMnO4和磷源混合液,滴加完成后继续升温,在95 ℃下陈化2 h后抽滤、洗涤.将所得滤饼转移至干燥箱中,在105 ℃下干燥12 h得到磷酸锰铁前驱体粉末.文章探究了KMnO4滴加速率,NH4H2PO4用量,KMnO4用量,铁、锰比例以及H3PO4用量对磷酸锰铁前驱体合成的影响.优化后的产品晶体结构稳定、理化指标合格、电性能良好,可作为磷酸锰铁锂电池正极材料的前驱体.
Preparation of Ferromanganese Phosphate by One Step Method
A new method for preparing the precursor material of ferromanganese phosphate was developed.Manganese and iron solution were inflood the reactor,and the temperature was raised to 90 ℃,and then the mixture of KMnO4 and phosphorus solution were added with a peristaltic pump by dripping slowly.With the temperature was continued to rise at 95 ℃,it was filtered and washed after aging for 2 h,after the drip is completed.The obtained filter cake was transferred to a drying oven and dried at 105 ℃ for 12 h to obtain ferromanganese phosphate precursor powder.In this paper,the effects of KMnO4 droplet rate,the amount of NH4H2PO4,the amount of KMnO4,the ratio of iron to manganese and the amount of H3PO4 on the synthesis of ferromanganese phosphate precursor were investigated.After optimization,the sample possess the stable crystal structure,qualified physical and chemical indexes and good electrical properties,and can be used as a precursor for lithium ferro manganese phosphate battery cathode materials.
