With the continuous development of the chemical industry,chemical products show a trend of diversification and high-end.In the process of separation and purification of chemical products,flash evaporation system is widely used.The process design and pipeline layout of the system have a direct influence on the driving condition and product quality of the chemical plant.Taking a petrochemical project as an example,the paper studies and explores the key process points,equipment layout,piping and stress analysis and calculation of flash system.
