Research on Propylene Glycol Ether Catalyst and Its Technology
In this paper,the research progress of propylene glycol ether synthesis catalysts is analyzed,and the performance of traditional and new catalysts is compared.In the experimental part,the characterization of materials,equipment and catalyst preparation and the synthesis method of propylene glycol ether are described in detail.The optimum reaction temperature,pressure,raw material ratio and catalyst type were determined by optimizing the process conditions.The results showed that the new catalysts such as ionic liquid,MOFs and solid acid showed excellent performance in the synthesis of propylene glycol ether,and MOFs showed the best performance.
