芦荟护手霜制备及影响因素分析

为将芦荟提取物应用到护手霜中,采用单因素法来优化处方工艺,分别分析处方中油相组成和比例、油水相比例、乳化剂组成和用量、乳化温度等因素的影响,产品评价指标为感官评价、耐热耐寒性、分层实验及刺激性等.结果表明,最佳处方工艺条件为:油相组成为液体石蜡(10%)、凡士林(17%)的组合物,油水相比例为1︰2,乳化剂选用十六十八醇(3%)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(7%)和吐温-60(7%)混合物,油水相混合温度为60~80 ℃.此条件下制得的芦荟护手霜色泽均匀,质地清爽水润,具有良好的耐寒耐热性和稳定性,为芦荟提取物在护肤行业的研究提供一定的理论参考.
Preparation and Analysis of Influencing Factors of Aloe Vera Hand Cream
In order to apply aloe extract to hand cream,single factor method was used to optimize the prescription process.The effects of oil phase composition and ratio,oil-water phase ratio,emulsifier composition and dosage,emulsification temperature and other factors in the prescription were analyzed,and the evaluation indexes of the product were sensory evaluation,heat and cold resistance,stratification experiment and irritation.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:the oil phase consisted of the composition of liquid paraffin(10%)and petroleum jelly(17%),the ratio of oil-water phase was 1︰2,the emulsifier was selected with the mixture of 16-octadecyl alcohol(3%),glycerol monostearate(7%)and tween-60(7%),and the mixing temperature of oil-water phase was 60~80 ℃.The aloe vera hand cream prepared under this condition has uniform color,refreshing texture,good cold and heat resistance and stability,which provides a theoretical reference for the research of aloe vera extract in skin care industry.
