二聚酸醇胺酯乳化剂合成及其性能研究

Synthesis and Properties of Dimeric Acid Alkyl Amine Ester Emulsifier
In this paper,a new emulsifier suitable for emulsion explosive emulsion matrix is discussed,its synthesis method is described,its molecular structure is confirmed and its application performance is evaluated.The emulsifier is a kind of non-ionic surfactant dimeric alkyl amine(DPA),which is prepared by polymerization of oleic acid and esterification of the dimer acid and alkyl amine,and is used as a new emulsifier for emulsion explosive.The molecular structure of the emulsifier was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and the performance of the emulsifier in the preparation of emulsion explosive emulsion matrix was evaluated by the limit emulsification method.
