数字孪生技术在机电一体化控制技术实训中的应用

针对机电一体化控制技术实训教学存在的学生人数和实训设备不匹配、训练场地和训练时间受限、安全隐患等问题,文章基于OBE教学理念,利用数字孪生技术构建了机电一体控制技术实训数字孪生平台.在机电一体化控制技术实训数字孪生平台的基础上开发了一整套实训任务,并将实训任务由易到难分配到实训的全过程.以虚代实、以虚助实,将该数字孪生平台应用于机电一体化控制技术实训教学的课前、课中和课后,提高了学习效率,降低了学习成本.
Application of Digital Twin Technology in Mechatronics Control Technology Training
In view of the problems such as the mismatch between the number of students and the training equipment,the limitation of the training site and training time,and the hidden safety risks,this paper builds a digital twin platform for the mechatronics control technology training based on the OBE teaching concept and the digital twin technology.Based on the digital twin platform of mechatronics control technology training,a set of training tasks is developed,and the whole process of training tasks is assigned from easy to difficult.Substitute reality with virtual reality,support reality with virtual reality,the digital twin platform is applied to mechatronics control technology training teaching before,during and after class to improve the learning efficiency and reduce the learning cost.
