In this paper,a HPLC method was established for the determination of endogenous hormone content in impatiens oxyanthera Hook.f.Hypersic BDS C18(200 mm×ø4.0mm,5 pm)was used as mobile phase with a ratio of 5∶30∶65(volume ratio)acetonitrile,methanol and 0.6％acetic acid solution.The column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 241 nm,and the sample size was 10 pL.The method was chromatographic condition to verify the methodology,and verified by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The method has good linearity,phase relation greater than 0.999 0,good precision and stability,RSD less than 2.0％.The average recovery rate was 99.65％(n=6).The results indicated that the method was accurate and reliable,and could be used for the determination of endogenous hormones in impatiens oxyanthera Hook.f.
