Pollution accidents occur frequently in the chemical industry,and emergency monitoring is the key to effective response.The article systematically elaborates on the technical methods,work flow and practical strategies of emergency monitoring for chemical pollution accidents.The specific requirements and operational points for accident information collection and evaluation,monitoring plan formulation,on-site rapid monitoring,sample analysis and data processing were discussed in detail.Through application case analysis,the three priority principles of emergency monitoring have been condensed,and the experience and practices of emergency monitoring in typical accidents have been summarized.it can provide useful reference for guiding environmental risk prevention and control and emergency response capacity building in the chemical industry.
