文章从全面通风、局部通风和事故通风三个方面对某环保公司废钯炭催化剂回收利用项目中可能产生化学有害因素的环节进行通风防护设计.设计结果表明,项目采取的通风设施符合相关规范的要求,局部通风的实际风量能够满足设计风量的要求,事故通风的实际风量能够满足通风换气次数不低于12次的要求,预计项目实施后能够起到防护的作用.
Ventilation Facility Design for Exhaust Palladium Carbon Catalyst Recycling Project of An Environmental Protection Company
In this paper,the ventilation protection design of the possible chemical harmful factors in the recycling project of waste palladium carbon catalyst in an environmental protection company is carried out from three aspects:general ventilation,local ventilation and accident ventilation.The design results show that the ventilation facilities adopted by the project meet the requirements of relevant specifications,the actual air volume of local ventilation can meet the requirements of the calculated air volume,and the actual air volume of accident ventilation can meet the requirements of ventilation times not less than 12 times,which is expected to play a protective role after the implementation of the project.
