Design and Application of Automatic Control System in DMC Project
The coal chemical industry usually includes numerous process units,which are complex in process and have lengthy processes,requiring extremely high requirements for monitoring systems.Therefore,during the project construction process,the design and configuration of the automatic control system should aim to ensure high quality,high reliability and economy.This article mainly elaborates on the design and application of automation control systems in the new DMC project.Combining the construction background and practical experience of commissioning of the project,it introduces the overall network architecture of the application of the automatic control system in the project,discusses implementation process of the hardware configuration scheme and software configuration of the automatic control system,and explains the important significance of the rational design of the automatic control system for production stability.In addition,the methods used in the system debugging process,the problems encountered,and the solutions were summarized.
