钠水蒸汽发生器的钠温自抗扰控制研究

钠冷快堆是燃料闭式循环的成熟候选堆型,其中钠水蒸汽发生器是连接钠冷快堆二、三回路的重要枢纽,具有复杂的流动和换热特性,需要研究其钠侧出口温度的自动控制技术.文章使用机理建模,建立了钠水蒸汽发生器的动态数学模型,并选用线性自抗扰控制技术,在充分利用模型信息的基础上,设计了钠水蒸汽发生器的自抗扰控制系统.仿真实验表明,所设计的钠温自抗扰控制器具有良好的设定值跟踪和抗扰性能,该研究对钠水蒸汽发生器的运行控制有一定的参考价值.
Study on Sodium Temperature Active Disturbance Rejection Controller of Sodium-water Steam Generator
Sodium-cooled fast reactor is a mature candidate reactor type for fuel cycle.The sodium-water steam generator is an important equipment connecting the second and third loop of the sodium-cooled fast reactor.It has complex flow and heat transfer characteristics,and it is necessary to study the automatic control technology of sodium side outlet temperature.This paper used mechanism modeling to establish a dynamic mathematical model of the sodium-water steam generator,and selected linear active disturbance rejection control technology,based on the model information,designed the active disturbance rejection control system of the sodium-water steam generator.The simulations experiment show that the designed sodium temperature active disturbance rejection controller has good setpoint tracking and disturbance rejection performance.The research is meaningful for the operational control of sodium-water steam generator.
