文章针对水下阀门电机控制提出了基于CANopen通讯协议的控制方案,介绍了 CANopen通讯协议的技术及特点,深入研究了电机驱动器状态机执行过程,详细设计了水下阀门电机控制硬件结构、通讯结构和主站软件控制流程图,编程实现了水下阀门电机控制的上、下位机,并通过搭建的试验台对其进行测试验证.试验结果表明,利用CANopen通信可以对水下阀门电机实现精确控制,控制网络运行快捷简便、稳定可靠、实时效果好、数据交换流畅,能够满足水下阀门电机控制的需求,提高了控制性能.
Design and Implementation of Subsea Valve Motor Control for CANopen Communication
This paper proposes a control scheme based on the CANopen communication protocol for subsea valve motors control.The technology and characteristics of the CANopen communication protocol are briefly introduced,and the execution process of the motor driver state machine is studied in depth.The hardware structure,communication structure and main station software control flowchart of subsea valve motor control are designed in detail.The upper and lower computer for subsea valve motor control is programmed and verified through the construction of a test bench.The experimental results show that the use of CANopen communication can achieve precise control of subsea valve motors.The control network operates quickly,conveniently,stably,reliably,with good real-time effects and smooth data exchange,which can meet the requirements of subsea valve motor control and improve control performance.
