Bag dust collectors is the most commonly used gas purification equipment in the chemical enterprises.Due to the complex composition and large fluctuation of flue gas in the chemical industry,it has adverse effects on the operation of bag dust collectors.Long term operation of bag dust collectors can lead to faults such as increased emission concentration and increased operational resistance.This article analyzes and studies the influencing factors and common faults of the operational performance of dust collectors in the chemical industry,providing reference for the long-term stable operation of dust collectors in the chemical industry.
