摘要

针对某长输埋地输气管道,其阴极保护系统辅助阳极地床接地电阻偏高,给系统运行带来不利影响.因此,文章从地质条件、阳极床材料、间距、尺寸、材料类型方面对该问题进行分析并提出有效解决方案,并对其效果进行了评价.结果表明,该优化措施有效降低了辅助阳极地床接地电阻,增大了阴保电流输出,使断电电位控制在规范允许的范围之内,缓减了管道腐蚀.

Abstract

For a Long distance buried gas pipeline,the auxiliary anode bed grounding resistance of the cathodic protection system is on the high side,which brings adverse influence to the system operation.In this paper,the geological conditions,anode bed materials,spacing,size and material types are analyzed and effective solutions are put forward,and their effects are evaluated.The results show that the optimized method can effectively reduce the grounding resistance of the auxiliary anode bed,increase the output of the cathodic protection current,control the switch-off potential within the allowable range of the specification,and slow down the pipeline corrosion.
