海洋石油固定平台建造钢结构焊接质量控制

海上石油固定平台作为目前海上油气开采的最主要设施之一,具有服役时间长、受海洋环境影响大、钢结构焊接量大等特点,由此决定了平台钢结构焊接质量的重要性.在平台建造过程中,钢结构焊接质量受焊接母材、焊接材料、焊接人员、焊接设备、焊接工艺规程、焊接环境、焊接检验等多种因素的影响,容易产生如气孔、夹渣、咬边等质量缺陷,降低平台结构安全性能.因此,文章总结了平台建造过程中钢结构焊接质量缺陷,深入分析了产生原因,并从焊接前、焊接过程中以及焊接后三个阶段,对焊接质量控制提出了针对性措施.
Welding Quality Control of Steel Structures in the Construction of Offshore Oil Fixed Platforms
As one of the most important facility for offshore oil and gas extraction,offshore oil fixed platforms have the characteristics of long service life,significant impact from marine environment and large welding volume of steel structures,which determine the importance of welding quality of platform steel structures.During the construction process of the platform,the welding quality of steel structure is affected by various factors such as base material,materials,personnel,equipment,process specification,environment,inspection of welding,which can easily lead to quality defects such as porosity,slag inclusion and undercut,reducing the safety performance of the platform structure.Therefore,this article summarizes the defects of the welding quality of steel structure during platform construction,analyzes causes in depth,and proposes targeted measures for welding quality control from three stages:before,during and after welding.
