可变密度高温低密水泥浆体系研发及应用

随着海上固井作业井深不断增加,为防止中深井全封固井作业压漏地层,需要低密(1。50 g/cm3)甚至更低密度水泥浆体系进行作业。体系在研发过程中形成一种高温低密增强材料BT10K,在不改变该材料配比的前提下,仅通过调整水泥与BT10K的比例,即可实现水泥浆配浆密度从1。40 g/cm3到1。50 g/cm3的自由转换。该体系现场作业操作简单、水泥浆密度可调,水泥浆适用温度范围为90~150 ℃,水泥浆具有良好的浆体性能。
Research and Application of Variable Density High-temperature and Low-density Cement Slurry
With the increasing depth of offshore cementing operations,a low density(1.50 g/cm3)cement slurry system or even lower density was required to prevent formation leakage during fully sealed cementing operations in medium and deep wells.During the research and development process,a high-temperature and low-density reinforcing material BT10K was formed.Without changing the material ratio,the free conversion of cement slurry density from 1.40 g/cm3 to 1.50 g/cm3 could be achieved simply by adjusting the ratio of cement and BT10K.The on-site operation of this system was simple,and it's density could be adjusted,and it's suitable temperature range was 90-150 ℃.The cement slurry had good slurry properties.
