文章介绍了 Grace公司的Unipol气相法工艺技术反应器循环气换热器热效率提升应用情况.循环气换热器用于反应器热量移除,长期使用换热器会发生结垢而造成热效率下降影响生产负荷,试验装置使用国内首创酸洗系统在装置不停车、不降低生产负荷的情况下实现循环气换热器在线酸洗,酸洗过程中反应器运行稳定、操作便捷,酸洗后换热效率可提升35%以上,该系统对换热器的长期运行具有很好的推广价值.

Abstract

This paper introduces the application of improving the thermal efficiency of the reactor recycle gas heat exchanger in Grace Company's Unipol gas-phase process technology.The recycled gas heat exchanger is used for heat removal from the reactor.Long-term heat exchanger use can lead to fouling,which reduces thermal efficiency and affects production load.The experimental device uses a domestically pioneering acid cleaning system to achieve online acid cleaning of the recycle gas heat exchanger without stopping the device and reducing the production load.During the acid cleaning process,the reactor operates stably,the operation is convenient,and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved by more than 35%after acid cleaning.This system has great promotional value for the long-term operation of the heat exchanger.
