HSE standardization construction is based on the standardization of safety production,integrating the requirements of health,safety and environmental protection to achieve standardized management of health,safety and environment.This paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the process of HSE standardization construction of grass-roots station teams,such as inadequate understanding,low construction standards and slow improvement of personnel quality,puts forward targeted improvement measures,summarizes some typical experience practices in HSE standardization construction,and provides reference for HSE standardization construction.
