With the strong promotion of carbon dioxide emission reduction by countries around the world,the scale of the international LNG industry is increasing,and how to ensure the timely promotion of LNG project construction is particularly important for domestic engineering companies to seize international market share.Among many management tools,PDCA(cycle model,also known as Deming cycle)cycle management adopts a management method of continuous improvement and progress,which improves the level of project management through four stages:planning,implementation,inspection and audit,and processing and improvement.This paper briefly analyzes the application of LNG project construction plan management,expounds the common problems in LNG project construction from PDCA cycle management,and explains how to apply PDCA cycle management in each stage of LNG project construction in detail.
