Discussion on Safety Psychological Factors of Construction Worker
In chemical industry construction process,especially in high risk construction environment,safety management is very important.The present situation of construction safety management in chemical industry is discussed,and the influence of psychological factors on safety behavior of workers is analyzed.Through the analysis of safety psychology,stress and safety behavior,risk perception and decision,group behavior and conformity effect,this paper reveals the important role of psychological factors in safety management.On this basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve construction safety management in chemical industry,including strengthening mental health education and training,establishing psychological support and counseling mechanism,optimizing safety culture and atmosphere,and applying psychological theory to improve safety management practice.Through these measures,effectively improve the safety awareness and code of conduct of construction personnel,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,ensure the physical and mental health of construction personnel and work satisfaction,so as to achieve the safety production goals of enterprises.
