基于智能化的精细化工全流程自动化实现路径研究

随着中国步入新时代的发展轨道,化工行业的生产效率和生产质量面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。为了顺应时代发展需求,化工行业亟待进行深层次的改革,通过技术创新和智能化升级,提高化工流程的精细化和高质量化水平。在智能化背景下,精细化工全流程自动化推进过程中还存在一些问题,尽管自动化技术在化工行业的应用已取得显著成效,但产品质量仍有较大的提升空间,产品结构布局尚待优化,自动化体系仍需进一步完善。基于此,文章分析了当前化工行业的发展现状,并结合智能化技术的最新进展,提出了精细化工全流程自动化建设的具体实现路径。
Research on the Realization Path of the Whole Process Automation of Fine Chemical Industry Based on Intelligence
As China steps into the development track of the new era,the production efficiency and production quality of the chemical industry are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.In order to meet the needs of the development of the times,the chemical industry urgently needs to carry out deep reforms,and improve the refinement and high-quality quantification level of chemical processes through technological innovation and intelligent upgrading.In the context of intelligence,there are still some problems in the process of fine chemical process automation,although the application of automation technology in the chemical industry has achieved remarkable results,but there is still a large room for improvement in product quality,product structure layout needs to be optimized,and the automation system still needs to be further improved.Based on this,the paper analyzes the current development status of the chemical industry,and combined with the latest progress of intelligent technology,puts forward the concrete realization path of the whole process automation construction of fine chemical industry.
