Talent is the foundation of a rich country and the key to revitalizing the country.Talent education in petrochemical industry is of great strategic significance to enhance the high-quality development of China's petrochemical industry.Based on the more than ten years of development experience of Huizhou Research Institute of Sun Yat-sen University,this paper deeply carries out the exploration and practice of the new paradigm of talent cultivation in the petrochemical industry,and carries out all-round exploration and practical operation around the training of chemical graduate students,postdoctoral talents and innovative scientific research team.The reform of the mechanism of the integration of university cooperation,production and education has been put forward,and the dual-wheel driven talent introduction system of"external introduction"and"internal introduction"has been constructed,and a practical path suitable for the innovation and development of the petrochemical industry has been explored from different levels for talent introduction and education.
