摘要

高校创新型研究生培养机制是当前教育领域的一个重要议题.随着新时代知识生产模式的转型,基于学科群建设的创新型研究生培养模式愈发凸显出其重要性和必然性,习近平总书记对新时代研究生教育发展的重要指示更是为这一模式的探索提供了有力引领.文章通过分析基于学科群建设培养创新型研究生培养意义、存在的问题及相应的举措和实施途径,提出设置基于学科群的研究生课程体系、构建具有交叉学科的研究生创新培养平台、建立研究生校企联合培养基地,将学科发展与研究生创新培养有机结合,培养研究生实践创新能力.

Abstract

The cultivation mechanism for innovative postgraduate students in universities is an important topic in the current education field.With the transformation of knowledge production models in the new era,the innovative postgraduate cultivation model based on discipline group construction has increasingly demonstrated its importance and necessity.General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the development of postgraduate education in the new era have provided strong guidance for the exploration of this model.This paper analyzes the significance,existing problems,and corresponding measures and implementation approaches of cultivating innovative postgraduate students based on discipline group construction.It proposes to establish a postgraduate curriculum system based on discipline groups,construct an innovative postgraduate cultivation platform with interdisciplinary characteristics,and establish joint postgraduate training bases between universities and enterprises,so as to organically combine discipline development with postgraduate innovative cultivation and cultivate postgraduate practical innovation capabilities.
