The profound application of informatization tools can significantly enhance the utilization efficiency of internal resources within chemical enterprises,driving management activities towards scientization,standardization,and normalization.Informatization not only strengthens the traceability of information,optimizes management performance,but also notably reduces safety accident risks.Equipment and facility change management is one of the crucial factors ensuring the safe,stable,long-term,and high-quality operation of chemical enterprises.Nevertheless,safety accidents caused by changes are not uncommon,warranting heightened attention.By analyzing the issues existing in traditional equipment and facility change management,such as lagging information updates,bypasses in management processes,and inadequate post-change personnel training,and incorporating the linkage requirements of other equipment informatization management functions,this paper proposes informatization requirements for equipment and facility change management,thereby optimizing the management processes.Verified through informatization practices,it can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of equipment and facility change management,reducing risks arising from changes.
