摘要

稀土金属熔盐电解技术是从稀土矿物或者富集物中高效提取稀土金属的重要冶金工艺,该技术具有高选择性、高富集率和高纯度产品的特点,在实现稀土资源高效利用方面发挥着关键作用.文章对稀土金属熔盐电解技术的原理、工艺流程、电解系统、阴极设计和电解条件等方面进行了综述,并讨论了该技术面临的挑战和发展趋势.

Abstract

The rare earth metal molten salt electrolysis technology is an important metallurgical process for efficient extraction of rare earth metals from rare earth minerals or concentrates.This technology has the characteristics of high selectivity,high enrichment rate and high purity products,and plays a key role in realizing efficient utilization of rare earth resources.In this paper,the principle,process flow,electrolytic system,cathode design and electrolytic conditions of rare earth metal molten salt electrolysis technology are reviewed,and the challenges and development trends of this technology are discussed.
