在跨学科创新型研究背景下,理工类地方高校实验室危险化学品的使用已由传统的化工、材料领域拓展到信息、纺织、艺术、光电、热能、采矿、安全与应急管理等领域,危险化学品的管理也存在着种类多、专业覆盖面广、存储区域分散、经费投入有限等问题.文章从实际出发,以"符合规范、减少库存、精细管理、确保安全"为宗旨,构建"一体两翼多支点"管理模式,为理工类地方高校实验室危险化学品全生命周期管理提供切实可行的解决方案.
Countermeasures for the Whole Process Management of Hazardous Chemicals in University Laboratories
Under the background of interdisciplinary and innovative research,the use of hazardous chemicals in the laboratories of local universities of science and technology has expanded from the traditional fields of chemical engineering and materials to the fields of information,textile,art,optoelectronics,thermal energy,mining,safety and emergency management,etc.There are also problems in the management of hazardous chemicals,such as multiple types,wide coverage of specialties,scattered storage areas,and limited investment in funds.Based on the actual situation,with the purpose of"conforming to norms,reducing inventory,fine management and ensuring safety",the paper constructs a management model of"one body,two wings and multiple fulcrum"to provide practical solutions for the whole life cycle management of hazardous chemicals in local universities of science and technology.
