摘要

内浮顶罐由于其特殊结构成为石油化工企业降低油品蒸发损耗最高效的方法之一.但其在使用过程中容易出现内浮盘和浮盘密封的损坏情况,不仅影响生产效率,还有可能造成安全隐患.文章通过分析内浮顶罐浮盘损坏的原因及比较浮盘密封常用的几种形式,结合内浮顶罐的检修经验,将内浮顶罐浮盘结构和浮盘密封的优化过程进行总结.

Abstract

Because of its special structure,the internal floating roof tank has become one of the most efficient methods to reduce the evaporation loss of oil products in petrochemical enterprises.However,it is easy to damage the internal floating disc and floating disc seal during use,which not only affects the production efficiency,but also may cause security risks.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the damage of the floating plate of the internal floating top tank and the comparison of several common forms of the floating plate seal,the paper summarizes the optimization process of the floating plate structure and the sealing of the floating plate of the internal floating top tank.
