The construction of the enterprise personnel file digital business sharing service project is divided into four main stages:project initiation,requirement research,system design and system development and deployment.By establishing a dedicated team and conducting in-depth research,the smooth launch of the project was ensured.User needs were understood and met in detail through demand research.In the system design phase,research information was converted into specific design solutions,with a focus on solving technical difficulties.During the development and deployment phase,the team adopts an agile development strategy,rigorously testing and deploying the system.The implementation results show that digitization has significantly improved the efficiency and security of personnel file management,effectively supported the achievement of enterprise strategic goals,and created significant growth in the company's annual economic revenue.Through this digital transformation,enterprises can construction a more efficient and secure file management model.
