Difficulties Analysis and Countermeasures for the Grassroots Party Building Work in Oilfield Water Supply Enterprises
All along,the grassroots Party branch activities have always played an important role in the smooth development of the Party building work in oilfield water supply enterprises,promoting the improvement of political and organizational awareness of the Party members,and enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party branches.The grassroots Party branch activities not only stimulate the enthusiasm of the Party members for work,but also provide solid organizational guarantees and spiritual support for the smooth implementation of various work in enterprises.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the difficulties in carrying out the Party building work in the Dongcheng Water Affairs Project Department(referred to as the Project Department)of the Water Supply Branch,this paper makes a beneficial exploration of the Party building work,and good results have been achieved,and has laid a solid foundation for the long-term development of production and operation work in water supply enterprises.
