Integration of Chinese Medicine Culture,Exploring A New Path of Physical and Mental Health Education
Under the background of education in the new era,it has become an important direction of college education reform to integrate the culture of traditional Chinese medicine into the physical and mental health education of college students and build an innovative education model.By analyzing the core connotation of traditional Chinese medicine culture and combining with the actual needs of the current mental health education system,the paper proposes to build a"five-in-one"physical and mental health education work system and high-quality education classroom,integrate practice into education,build an innovative multi-dimensional service system and psychological crisis prevention system,and cooperate with the professional organization management and education team in the school,put forward the construction of physical and mental health education platform integrating traditional Chinese medicine culture.
