虚拟仿真技术在高职化工技术类专业实践教学中的应用

实践教学一直是职业教育培养复合型技术技能人才的重要载体。文章以培养适应石化产业转型升级需要的复合型技术技能人才、解决化工技术类专业实践教学瓶颈问题为出发点,依托国家级职业教育示范性虚拟仿真实训基地培育项目建设,利用虚拟仿真技术将企业真实生产案例与专业实践教学进行深度融合,构建出对接职业需求的全面多样的教学内容、紧贴生产实际的教学情境和学生主体作用高度凸显的教学模式。实践结果表明,在教育教学中恰当融入以虚拟仿真技术为代表的现代信息技术,既解决了化工技术类专业实践教学难题,促进了实践教学项目、实践教学环境和实践教学模式的整体改革,又深度推进了信息技术与教育教学的融合、产业发展与教育教学的融合,有效支撑了"一专多能"复合型人才培养体系。
Application of Virtual Simulation Technology in Practical Teaching of Chemical Technology Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges
Practical teaching has always been an important carrier for vocational education to cultivate compound technical talents.Based on the training of composite technical talents to meet the needs of petrochemical industry transformation and upgrading,this paper relies on the training project construction of national vocational education demonstration virtual simulation training base,and uses virtual simulation technology to deeply integrate real production cases of enterprises with professional practical teaching.A comprehensive and diverse teaching content that meets the vocational needs,a teaching situation that is close to the actual production,and a teaching mode in which the main role of students is highly prominent.The practical results show that the proper integration of modern information technology represented by virtual simulation technology in education and teaching not only solves the practical teaching problems of chemical technology majors,promotes the overall reform of practical teaching projects,practical teaching environment and practical teaching mode,but also deeply promotes the integration of information technology and education and teaching,as well as the integration of industrial development and education and teaching.It has effectively supported the"one-specialty multi-ability"compound talent training system.
