Xinjiang,as a region with outstanding energy resources in China,carries out the reform pilot of the school-enterprise collaborative"3+1"customized talent training model,which is conducive to the cultivation of high-level applied talents.Based on deep cooperation with enterprises,Xinjiang Institute of Technology has carried out the reform and practice of the school-enterprise collaborative"3+1"customized talent training model and achieved good results.In response to the problem of an unsound internship quality monitoring system in the"3+1"school-enterprise collaborative education model,a quality standard system has been established for the entire process of internship preparation,implementation,and summary.An integrated management model of"internship,graduation thesis,employment"has been set up,and the"ternary collaborative"teaching quality monitoring and feedback system has been improved,thus constructing a monitoring system for the quality of internship practice teaching.The practical application of one cycle shows that the construction and operation of the quality monitoring system have achieved good results in improving the quality of internships and enhancing the quality of talent cultivation.
