摘要
文章调查分析湖南省内药学人才现状以及需求情况,为湖南化工职业技术学院药学专业人才培养方案修订提供依据,为药学专业内涵式建设提供科学支撑.采用线上问卷、实地考察、电话访谈等方式,对行业专家、用人单位、同类院校、毕业生、在校生进行调查,并分析数据.结果表明,药学专业人才培养方案应对接行业人才需求、完善人才培养目标、聚焦岗课赛证融通等推进校企深度合作,夯实协同育人成效.
Abstract
This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and demand of pharmaceutical talents in Hunan Province,provides a basis for the revision of the talent training program for the pharmaceutical specialty of Hunan Chemical Vocational and Technical College,and provides scientific support for the connotative construction of the pharmaceutical specialty.By means of online questionnaires,field visits,telephone interviews,etc.,experts,employers,similar institutions,graduates and current students were surveyed and analyzed.The results showed that the talent training program for the pharmaceutical specialty should meet the needs of the industry for talents,improve the talent training objectives,focus on the integration of job,curriculum,competition and certificate,to promote deep cooperation between schools and enterprises and enhance the effectiveness of collaborative education.
