The urea hydrolyzer as a key equipment in the flue gas denitrification system,its stable operation is very important to the performance of the whole system.The generation of"false liquid level"not only affects the operating efficiency of the urea hydrolyzer,but also may lead to safety incidents in the system.Therefore,this paper briefly describes the principle,process and hazards of urea hydrolysis process for ammonia production,focuses on the process and phenomenon of"false water level"generated by urea hydrolyzer of an ultra-supercritical million unit,and analyzes the causes of"false liquid level"and the measures taken,summarizes the preventive measures to prevent the occurrence of"false liquid level"in the daily operation of urea hydrolyzer.
