摘要

为保障企业碳数据质量,减少碳市场履约成本,文章对碳数据参数的敏感性进行了分析,发现燃煤干燥基元素碳含量对化石燃料碳排放量敏感度最大,配额分配与供电量、供热量成正比,但与供热比、负荷系数成反比.同时,在碳数据敏感性分析的基础上,提出建立碳数据分析机制,包括异常数据发现机制、分析机制和闭环机制,并结合案例对机制进行了详细介绍.

Abstract

To ensure the quality of carbon data for enterprises and reduce the cost of carbon market compliance.This article analyzes the sensitivity of carbon data parameters and finds that the carbon content of coal-fired dry base elements is most sensitive to fossil fuel carbon emissions.Quota allocation is directly proportional to power supply and heating,but inversely proportional to heating ratio and load coefficient.On the basis of sensitivity analysis of carbon data,it is proposed to establish a carbon data analysis mechanism,including abnormal data discovery mechanism,analysis mechanism and closed-loop mechanism,and a detailed introduction of the mechanism is provided through case studies.
