Research on Hidden Dangers and Protective Measures of Electrical Accidents on Offshore Oil Platforms
Electrical accidents of offshore oil platforms mainly include electric shock accidents,lightning accidents,electrostatic accidents,circuit failure accidents and explosion-proof equipment accidents,which may lead to serious consequences of fire and explosion on offshore platforms,and pose a great threat to the production operation and safety of offshore platforms.Electrical design,construction,installation and operator should identify and eliminate electrical accident hazards in a timely manner during its implementation,and take corresponding protective measures to ensure the essential safety of the offshore platform.This paper systematically introduces the main causes of electrical accidents on offshore oil platforms,analyzes and studies the protective measures to avoid electrical accidents.It is helpful for electrical design,construction,installation and operator to have a basic understanding of electrical accidents and hidden dangers,and provides a reliable basis for protecting the electrical safety of offshore platforms.
