摘要
实验室安全对实验教学和科研工作的顺利开展至关重要,对实验室的各种风险加以分析和控制能够有效降低安全事故出现的可能性和严重程度.从实验室布局、安全设施、实验操作过程和"三废"管理等方面进行实验室环境的风险管控,从购买、储存与管理、领用与使用等方面进行危险化学品的风险管控,从管理制度、人员培训和系统平台等方面进行仪器设备的风险管控.在对风险管控措施分析和研究的基础上,文章总结了北京交通大学(威海)在实验室安全工作方面的一些做法和成效,以期对高校实验室安全工作提供有益参考.
Abstract
Laboratory safety is an important foundation for the smooth implementation of experimental teaching and research work,and the analysis and control of various risks in the laboratory can effectively reduce the possibility and severity of safety accidents.The risk control of the laboratory environment is carried out from the aspects of laboratory layout,safety facilities,experimental operation process and"three wastes"management,etc.,the risk control of hazardous chemicals is carried out from the aspects of purchase,storage and management,receipt and use,etc.,and the risk control of instruments and equipment is carried out from the aspects of management system,personnel training and system platform.Based on the analysis and research of risk control measures,this paper summarizes some practices and effects of laboratory safety work in Beijing Jiaotong University(Weihai),in order to provide useful reference for laboratory safety work in universities.
