在石油化工装置生产过程中,精馏塔作为实现气液两相介质传质与传热过程的核心重要设备,广泛应用于石油、化工、环保、医药等行业,其设计直接影响设备传质效率和连续操作的稳定性.从塔的内部结构型式上来分,精馏塔主要分为板式塔和填料塔两大类.相较于填料塔而言,板式塔的管口方位需满足的各类要求多,不但要满足工艺要求,还要满足塔内部构造、配管及检维修等相关要求,只有在设计过程中全方位统筹考虑,才能设计合理.因此,文章以板式塔为例,通过详细分析各类管口方位的不同,进而展开最佳方位的讨论.
Research on the Nozzle Orientation of Plate Tower in Petrochemical Plant
In the production process of petrochemical equipment,fractionating column,as the core important equipment to realize the mass transfer and heat transfer process of gas-liquid two-phase medium,is widely used in petroleum,chemical,environmental protection,medicine and other industries.Its design directly affects the mass transfer efficiency and continuous operation stability of equipment.From the internal structure of the tower,the fractionating column is mainly divided into two categories:plate tower and packed tower.Compared with the packed tower,the nozzle orientation of the plate tower needs to meet various requirements,which must not only meet the process requirements,but also meet the internal structure of the tower,piping and inspection and maintenance and other related requirements,only the overall consideration in the design process can be reasonable design.Therefore,the paper takes the plate tower as an example,through the detailed analysis of the different of various nozzle orientation,and then discusses the best orientation.
