This paper first summarizes the basic characteristics of Siemens 1CV2252A motor(including its type,protection grade and bearing information,etc.),then analyzes the reasons for the shortening of bearing life and failure from the angle of motor overspeed operation,abnormal operating environment and ambient temperature rise,and further discusses the serious impact of bearing failure on rotor sweep.In terms of preventive measures,the article proposed to regularly check the bearing wear degree,prevent vibration corrosion and pay attention to the state of its grease and other comprehensive measures,the improvement suggestions are emphasized to select high-quality materials and improve its fatigue resistance,optimize the contact angle design,improve the assembly process,etc.,and also introduced the bearing health monitoring and prediction technology based on big data and the Internet of things in detail.It is designed to further reduce equipment downtime by improving the accuracy of equipment predictions to provide early warning of potential failures.
