Efficient Conversion Research of Process Impurities Z-1 in Cooling Agent WS-23
The cooling agent WS-23,as an additive widely used in the fields of food,cosmetics and medicine,has a growing market demand.However,in the production process,trace amounts of process impurities are inevitably generated,among which Z-1 is a more common one.These impurities not only affect the purity and quality of the product,but may also pose potential risks to human health.Therefore,identifying the structure of Z-1 and achieving its efficient transformation is of great significance for improving the production efficiency and product safety of WS-23.In this paper,the structure of the process impurity Z-1 of the cooling agent WS-23 was identified,and corresponding attempts were made to convert it into WS-23.Through the screening of reaction conditions,the impurity Z-1 was effectively converted into WS-23,and the conversion effect of the crystallization mother liquor system under this condition was simulated and verified.The results show that the conversion rate of impurity Z-1 to WS-23 in this scheme can reach more than 97%.
