Compared with traditional pipe,flexible composite pipe has many advantages,such as corrosion resistance,smooth inner wall,coilable,convenient construction,etc.,and has been gradually applied in large scale.In this paper,the manufacturing process of flexible composite pipe is briefly introduced.Because flexible composite pipe belongs to non-metal pipe,there is no effective non-destructive testing means in the manufacturing process at present.In addition,site construction quality has a great impact on pipeline acceptance and later operation,so this paper introduces the main technical points of flexible composite pipe site construction in detail to ensure site installation quality.
