Research on Talent Inventory Methods and Problem-solving Solutions for Petrochemical Enterprises
Petrochemical enterprises often use talent inventory to systematically sort out the internal and external talent situation,in order to optimize talent allocation and enhance enterprise competitiveness.This paper analyzes the commonly used methods and ideas for talent inventory in petrochemical enterprises,such as in-depth docking research,deep classification inventory,multi angle analysis,and the application of talent inventory tools.Identify the key issues faced by enterprises in talent management,such as an unreasonable age structure of personnel,the overall education level still needs to be improved,the level of professional titles is not high,and the development of abilities and qualities is uneven,and propose practical and feasible solutions to these problems.Through the implementation of these strategies,petrochemical enterprises can not only solve existing talent problems,but also significantly enhance their competitiveness and development potential,helping them maintain their advantages in fierce market competition.
