Research talents in state-owned enterprises are an important support for their innovative development.Studying the growth patterns of outstanding scientific research talents in state-owned enterprises can help tap into the potential of outstanding talents,promote technological innovation,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper elaborates on the necessity of the growth law of outstanding scientific research talents in a state-owned enterprise from the perspectives of national strategic orientation,the demand for refined management of enterprise talents,and the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system.It introduces research methods and specific practices,covering data collection,processing and analysis,growth model construction,factor extraction,and decision optimization application.It also elaborates on the growth characteristics and influencing factors of scientific research talents in different career stages from five periods,providing valuable references for optimizing the training and management mechanism of scientific research talents in state-owned enterprises.
