依托乌审旗资源优势与中国中煤产业基础,中煤鄂能化公司积极探索绿色低碳发展新途径为"碳对冲"机制赋能。首先,加快推进以光伏、风电为核心的能源体系,探索"绿电-绿氢-绿醇/绿氨"一体化发展模式以及新能源与非煤原料气化技术耦合;其次,深化布局CO2化学利用前沿技术,如CO2与CH4重整制合成气、CO2制低碳烯烃和甲酸等,推动CCUS与煤化工产业的深度融合;再次,不断拓宽精细化工、副产品深加工和煤基新材料等产业链,打造煤化工高端多元化产品体系;最后,创建完善的煤化工废弃物资源化利用体系,深研废渣、废水及杂盐处置利用技术,打通煤化工废物零排放"最后一公里"。
Discussion on the Innovation Method of Enabling "Carbon Hedging" Mechanism in China Coal Erdos Energy & Chemical Co.,Ltd.
Relying on the resource advantages of Wushen Banner and the industrial foundation of China Coal Erdos Energy &Chemical Co.,Ltd.actively explores novel pathways of green and low-carbon development to empower the"carbon hedging"mechanism.Firstly,accelerate the promotion of an energy system centered on photovoltaic and wind power,explore the integrated development model of"green electricity-green hydrogen-green alcohol/green ammonia"and the coupling of new energy and non-coal raw material gasification technology.Secondly,layout of frontier technologies for CO2 chemical utilization,such as CO2 and CH4 reforming to synthesis gas,CO2 to low-carbon olefins and formic acid,etc.,promote the deep integration of CCUS and the coal chemical industry.Meanwhile,broaden the industrial chain of fine chemicals,deep processing of by-products,coal based new materials,create a high-end and pluralistic product system for coal chemical industry.Finally,establish a comprehensive system for the resource utilization of coal chemical waste,intensive study disposal and utilization technologies of the waste residue,wastewater,and miscellaneous salt,connect the"last mile"of zero emissions of coal chemical waste.
