Insisting on the problem orientation,strengthening the concept that life logistics is not a trivial matter,continuously promoting the solution of problems,and doing practical and good things for the staff are the concrete embodiment of the people-oriented thinking firmly established by the state-owned enterprises.In this paper,we have explored how to do a good job in the life logistics of the employees in the state-owned enterprises in the further deepening of the reform,and put forward the specific measures to improve the life logistics service with the"four-step method of problem management",so as to construct the foundation of the harmonious enterprise and create a harmonious environment for the reform and development of the enterprise.
