Key Points of Contractor Safety Management From Process Safety Elements
To effectively control contractor safety risks,this paper based on the key points of process safety management,the management of contractors was categorized into 10 key elements according to the management process,the main problems in a large contractor management accident in recent years was analyzed,the weak links of contractors safety management were identified according to the 10 key elements,the corresponding preventive and improvement measures are proposed.It can effectively plug the contractor safety management loopholes under the premise of multi-level checks,and has a reference significance for enterprises to improved contractor safety management.
