Practices and Implications on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Universities with the Characteristics of the Chemical Industry
The cultivation of outstanding innovative talents has received widespread attention,which is crucial for promoting Chinese-style modernization with high-quality development.This paper studies eight universities at home and abroad,and summarizes their typical and successful practices.This paper indentified three key implications for broader application in innovative talent development for universities with the characteristics of the chemical industry.The first is to optimize the development process of student screening,training,and assessment.The second is to establish platforms for cultivating talents through integration of education,research and industry.The third is to activate educational mechanisms that enable students to develop and thrive.
