摘要

针对榆林职业技术学院热能动力工程技术专业人才培养模式发展现状,文章通过调研探索当前数字经济背景下高职院校热动专业人才培养模式中存在的实际问题,改革教学模式,产教融合,打造先进的高水平数字化实训基地,优化"双高"师资队伍建设,形成"双碳"驱动下科学合理的热能动力工程技术专业人才培养模式,进而不断提升教学层次,提高教学效果.

Abstract

In view of the current situation of the talents training mode of thermal power engineering and technology in our university,this paper probes into the practical problems existing in the talents training mode of thermal power specialty in higher vocational colleges under the background of digital economy,reform teaching mode,teaching and industry integration,build an advanced high-level digital training base,optimize the"double-high"teaching staff construction.To form a scientific and reasonable personnel training mode driven by"double carbon"for thermal power engineering and technology,so as to continuously improve the teaching level and improve the teaching effect.
