臭氧催化氧化工艺在工业废水合规管理中的应用

随着国内工业企业的蓬勃发展,废水排放问题逐渐受到关注,废水中含有的某些元素对生态环境和人类健康产生了一定影响.针对废水复杂成分和高难度处理要求,深度处理技术成为必然选择.文章通过深入分析多种高级氧化工艺的优缺点及适用范围,发现Fenton氧化法和臭氧氧化法在废水处理中表现尤为突出.前者常用于预处理,提升废水可生化性;后者则广泛应用于深度处理,降解难处理污染物.尤其是臭氧催化氧化技术,作为臭氧氧化法的改进版,通过催化剂促进臭氧生成高效羟基自由基,实现无选择性降解,确保出水COD达标或满足回用要求,对企业合规管理具有深远意义.
Application of Ozone Catalytic Oxidation Technology in Industrial Wastewater Compliance Management
With the vigorous development of domestic industrial enterprises,the issue of wastewater discharge has gradually come under scrutiny,and certain elements contained in the wastewater have exerted a certain impact on the ecological environment and human health.In response to the complex composition of wastewater and the high difficulty of treatment requirements,advanced treatment technologies have become an inevitable choice.Through in-depth analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,and application scopes of various advanced oxidation processes,this paper finds that Fenton oxidation and ozone oxidation methods stand out particularly in wastewater treatment.The former is often used for pretreatment to enhance the biodegradability of wastewater,while the latter is widely applied in advanced treatment to degrade difficult-to-treat pollutants.In particular,ozone catalytic oxidation technology,as an improved version of the ozone oxidation method,utilizes catalysts to promote the generation of efficient hydroxyl radicals from ozone,achieving non-selective degradation and ensuring that the COD of the effluent meets national standards or reuse requirements,which has far-reaching significance for the compliance management of enterprises.
